    End of a Great Summer at Longview
    As the summer comes to end and the lounge chairs are stored for another year, Longview residents have a lot to be grateful for. Leaves are changing and the community is beginning to take on its autumn glow. Most of the roofs, skylights and siding replacements have been completed. Like any community there are things to be replaced as the community ages. The assessments have been paid making it a great time to join the community.

    Longview continues to be very desirable to all types of buyers. First time home buyers like the 2 bedroom units ( Whitneys, Christies, Breckenridges), growing families are attracted to the 3 bedroom units ( Smithsonian and Metropolitans) and the older buyers, or buyers that do not enjoy stairs, have their choice of the many units with the master bedroom on the first floor ( Avon, Southeby, Cambridge and Metropolitans)

    The tennis courts and fitness center are enjoyed by many of the residents. The streets are always busy with the wide variety of dogs out for a stroll. This is a great community to visit and has great amenities.

    Longview is a townhome community located in Montville. There are approximately 576 townhomes in the complex which was built between 1990 and 1997. Longview at Montville offers two and three bedroom townhomes with one or two car garages and basements. Sizes range from 1,800 to 4,000 square foot with finished walkout basements. Models include the Whitney, Christie, Metropolitan, Breakenridge, Cambridge, Devonshire, Avon, Smithsonian, Essex, and Sotheby. Some of the units have first floor master bedrooms. The development is a condominium or condo association. Taylor Management is employed by the residents. The monthly association fee depending upon the size of the unit and includes exterior and common area maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and use of the clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts.

    Longview Resident for Over 18 Years
    I have lived in Longview for over 18 years and love it. I raised my girls here and have lived in three different units, each one better than the next. Views which are breathtaking! Longview is full of all different families. There are retirees empty nesters, first time buyers and singles. The pool, tennis and gym create a close knit community and an awesome place to live! So, throw away the shovel and lawn mower and relax! Longview offers something for everyone!
